feat: extract common worktree path lookup function#1

Extract the duplicated awk pipeline for looking up a worktree path by branch name into a new function 'get_worktree_path'. This improves maintainability and readability by centralizing the lookup logic. Updated 'goto_worktree' and 'remove_worktree' to use the new function.
