- Fix running makeConvertItemsMenu() for use with multiple selected tokens.
- Added creature magic resistance definitions.
- Added NPC definition data tag maa to force a dexterity adjustment to ranged weapon attacks.
- Updated resolveData() and attrLookup() to use objects for optional parameters.
- Added Advantage/Disadvantage DM macro button.
