First-level basic cleanup

This PR includes the following changes:

• Deleting the old main Readme and replacing it with an updated emulator readme
• Adding information to the new main readme (basic information such as links, how to cite the repo, adding some information on arbutus, fixing some orthography)
• Moving all the bash and download scripts into a dir ClimateSet/scripts/
• Fixing a bug (missing imports) in one of the scripts + renaming the scripts (arbutus vs huggingface)
• Deleting the diagram.svg since it has bugs and I don't think it's used a lot (it shows the file organization of this repo)
• Moving the mysterious "s" file to "ClimateSet/internal/cluster_scripts/" and renaming it to "cuda_cluster_information"

These are just some very high-level first fixes
