Add support for scale bars

Maxim informed us that a scale bar would be very helpful when identifying, even if semi-accurate. Only some types of deployments will be able to support scale bars (the standard moth traps do!). We should allow users to configure the scale in the deployment settings. Then we can use that to generate a scale bar on the individual moth crops when viewing an occurrence.
