Choose sampling from dropdown (+ improve UI in general for registering a collection)

The way sampling method is configured at the moment is not very user friendly since it requires knowledge about keys available. I suggest we render options in a dropdown.

@mihow could you tell me the options? Or maybe I can fetch them somewhere? For each option I would like:

• Key
• Title
• Short description?

Also while we are on it, perhaps we should add some other field descriptions and add restrict values to be in range client side. Note to self!

I think we will revisit this whole sampling form. The choices can come from the static types when those are available. Moving to post-launch milestone.

A good start would be to use the calendar pickers for selecting date ranges. This does require the backend to accept arbitrary dates instead of the separate month, day, etc. params.

In the future, I think we should create a view similar to Occurrences but for captures, add a filters sidebar and then ability to "create dataset" from the current filters.

But! The idea is that common_combined may be sufficient on its own if we add a checkbox for "randomize order".

We could expose the other sampling methods, but I think they need more documentation, and a way to customize the arguments.
