New CRUD views and endpoints for Storage Source, Site & Device models. As well as a new POST endpoint to "star" a source image.
Starred captures are added to a special collection called "Starred Images" that is unique to each project. It will be created the first time it is used.
http://localhost:8000/api/v2/captures/1902731/star
Collections that a source image belongs to are available in the detail response for a capture. Starred collections have a sampling method of "starred". So it should be possible to know if an image has already been starred.
Storage Source has several read-only fields, as well as 2 write-only fields (access key & secret key)
