[Feature Request]: Update Time on System Boot

The request

Currently you can choose a time to update, or at login.

While this works great for single session persistent desktop, it does not for Azure Virtual Desktop (multi session).

For example, update Edge or Chrome, another user may already have it launched, so it doesn't update.

A scheduled task is created named "WinGet-AutoUpdatet". Within the Task "Triggers" you can manually add "At startup" under the "Begin the task".

Add this as a ADMX option.

Just to clarify: “At system startup” isn’t necessary as a separate trigger in WGAU. When using a scheduled task (e.g. daily at 2 AM), if the task is missed — for example because the machine was off — Windows automatically runs it at the next available opportunity, usually right after the system boots. So functionally, it's already acting like a “boot trigger.”

Moreover, using a fixed schedule during off-hours (like during the night) ensures that updates can still be applied even if the machine stays powered on for days, which wouldn't be the case with a startup-only trigger.

For these reasons, adding “at startup” as a separate trigger or ADMX setting has never been requested before.
