Need to generate readme file about package, add license (MIT) and contribution guide (get from laravel swagger package)

@pirs1337 could you please make few adjusts to the readme file:

1. Add contribution guide https://github.com/RonasIT/laravel-swagger?tab=readme-ov-file#contributing
2. Change packge name at the start of file to Laravel Project initializator
3. In the Usage block need to remove the step number as it the only one step for now
4. the run word should be started from the upper case R
5. Let's change usage block to

"To begin the initialization process, run php artisan init {application name}. This will prompt you with questions regarding the project and the necessary packages for the initial setup. Upon completion:

• A new README.md file will be created
• .env files will be configured
• Necessary packages will be installed
• This package will be automatically removed
