telescope_entries table already exists

Steps to reproduce

• Install package from the dev-main version
• run php artisan init MyApp
• set any answers and waiting for installation packages step

as discussed, if the telescope has already been installed (there is TelescopeserviceProvider), the telescope will not be installed, also before running init command make sure that your database doesn't have telescope_entries table.
