… captured The v0.4.0 milestone is shipped: - PUB-02: visibility flipped at 2026-04-26T15:30Z; verified PUBLIC. - PUB-03: post-flip smoke ran from /tmp/postflip-smoke (anonymous clone + raw curl-installer fetch + SHA-match + bash -n syntax check all green); evidence in docs/audits/v0.4.0/PUB-03-postflip-smoke.md. End-to-end curl|bash install deferred to v0.3.0 final release event (per the milestone plan; v0.4.0's deliverable is the flip itself). - PUB-04: GitHub Release page exists at v0.4.0 (metadata-only, no tarball, release.yml's tag-triggered run cancelled); pointer doc at docs/audits/v0.4.0/PUB-04-release-notes.md. - Branch protection re-applied as Option A (with gitleaks context): see CIPUB-03-applied-A.json for verification JSON.
