I've analyzed this issue and here's my proposed implementation plan:

Problem Summary:
When using a custom Anthropic base URL, users cannot easily select the dated model claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929 from the dropdown. The built-in alias claude-sonnet-4-5 may not work with some custom endpoints that require the specific dated version.

Proposed Solution:
Add claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929 to the Anthropic models list so it appears in the dropdown and is properly configured:

1. Add the model to packages/types/src/providers/anthropic.ts: Add claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929 with the same configuration as claude-sonnet-4-5 (same pricing, context window, and capabilities)

2. Update the 1M context beta check in webview-ui/src/components/settings/providers/Anthropic.tsx: Extend the supports1MContextBeta check to include the new dated model, so users with claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929 can also enable the 1M context beta feature

3. Update the handler in src/api/providers/anthropic.ts: Add the new model ID to the relevant switch statements that handle Claude Sonnet 4.5 specific behavior

Note: The ModelPicker already supports typing custom model IDs, but having the model in the dropdown provides a better user experience and ensures proper model info is displayed.
