[BUG] Prompt enhancement broken on qwen3-coder models

When clicking the enhance prompt button, it fails with a toast appearing reading "Failed to enhance prompt"

Context (who is affected and when)

Happens when the model is set to qwen3-coder-plus (and qwen3-coder-flash), with the API provider set to Qwen Code

Reproduction steps

1. Windows 10, v3.52.0, no relevant settings. IMPORTANT NOTE: I cloned the repo then built the VSIX and installed it so that I could have the fix for Qwen always responding with the 400 error code, since the latest release does not contain that fix.
2. Enter Settings > Providers > Set the API Provider to Qwen Code > Set the Model to either qwen3-coder-plus or flash > Type a prompt > Click Enhance button
3. After clicking enhance, it showed a toast saying "Failed to enhance prompt"

Expected result

The prompt gets enhanced and more detailed

I've analyzed this issue and here's my proposed implementation plan:

Root Cause Analysis:

The QwenCodeHandler.completePrompt() method (used for prompt enhancement) returns response.choices[0]?.message.content || "" without any post-processing. The qwen3-coder models are thinking/reasoning models that include <think>...</think> blocks in their response content. Two problems result from this:

1. If the API returns thinking content in a separate reasoning_content field, the message.content may be empty or null, causing completePrompt to return "". In the webviewMessageHandler.ts (line 1703), the check if (result.success && result.enhancedText) treats empty string as falsy, falling through to throw new Error(result.error || "Unknown error") which triggers the "Failed to enhance prompt" toast.

2. If thinking content is inline via <think> tags, the returned text includes the raw thinking blocks, producing a garbled "enhanced" prompt.

The streaming createMessage() method already handles both <think> tag parsing (lines 257-283) and reasoning_content fields (lines 286-291), but completePrompt() has no such handling.

Proposed Fix:

1. Modify QwenCodeHandler.completePrompt() in src/api/providers/qwen-code.ts to strip <think>...</think> blocks from the response content before returning it. This mirrors the thinking-block handling already present in the streaming createMessage() method.

2. Add/update tests in src/api/providers/__tests__/ to verify that completePrompt correctly strips thinking blocks from qwen3-coder model responses.

This approach is consistent with how other providers handle thinking models in their completePrompt methods (e.g., Mistral filters out thinking content in its completePrompt).
