We need to come together to create an anime girl mascot for Roo Code. The community can submit (preferably actually drawn) characters and vote on them.

Technical considerations or implementation details (optional)

This would require keeping track of how often fan art is drawn of particular characters over others and overall see who the dev team will chose.
