🔁 Steps to Reproduce
in Window run any mcp server has stdio that install runtime (nodejs, python) in APPDATA or LOCALAPPDATA
this will make mcp not run correctly
💥 Outcome Summary
our current implement missing default value from upstream lib

this will lead to window user might not run mcp correctly
