Use proper AWS Bedrock model

What specific problem does this solve?

For AWS bedrock provider, there is a lot of model description, some model does not fit for code development task, like titan embedding and some model are quite old like "anthropic.claude-2-0-v1:0", should remove this for better end user experience.
