🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Settings Window
2. the Save Button is highlighted when the default provider has an OpenAI Compatible base url
3. click Done to close Settings window
4. prompt Unsaved Changes even though I don't make any changes
5. no problem when the default provider is Anthropic or Deepseek

💥 Outcome Summary

The Save button should also be grayed and no un-saved prompt when closed in OpenAI Compatible base url case.

I'm here to help out the maintainers and am going to see if I can fix this issue! I'll investigate why the Settings window shows unsaved changes when using OpenAI Compatible provider even when no changes are made.

I've successfully fixed the issue! 🎉

The problem was that the OpenAICompatible component was updating the parent component's state on every render, even when the headers hadn't actually changed. This was triggering the change detection in the Settings window.

I've created PR #6152 with the fix: #6152

The solution adds a comparison check before updating the openAiHeaders field to ensure we only call setApiConfigurationField when the headers have actually changed. This prevents unnecessary state updates and false positive change detection.

All CI checks have passed successfully! ✅
