Requesty's base URL is not used for all requests

When you try and fetch the models, or get an API key, and use a base URL for requesty at the same time, we still use the regular SaaS link for requesty (app.requesty.ai)

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Requesty as a provider when starting Roo-Code
2. Set a base URL
3. Click "Get Requesty API Key" and you'll see that you're still going to the normal requesty website, the same is true for fetching models, although this is harder to test.

💥 Outcome Summary

I expect all requests to go to the base URL.

I'm exploring a potential fix for the Requesty base URL issue and will open a PR to share progress.

Opened PR #7276 with my attempt at addressing this issue.

The implementation ensures that when a custom base URL is configured for Requesty, it's used consistently across all operations including:

• OAuth authentication URLs
• API key validation endpoints
• Model fetching endpoints
• Web interface links (Get API Key button, balance display)

The changes handle URL transformations between different subdomains (router/api/app) and maintain backward compatibility when no custom base URL is provided.

Note: There are some test failures in the CI that appear to be unrelated to these changes, as the integration tests and compilation checks are passing. Feedback welcome!
