[BUG] <thinking> modal is not showing in chat for model glm 4.5 air from OpenRouter

The thinking modal for glm 4.5 air model from OpenRouter is not appearing in chats.

Context (who is affected and when)

Anyone trying to use the glm 4.5 air model from OpenRouter within the chat interface is affected. It should show the thinking modal, but currently doesn't.

Reproduction steps

1. Open the Roo-Code chat interface.
2. Select glm 4.5 air (OpenRouter) as the model for your chat session.
3. Observe that the model is not showing the thinking modal.

Expected result

glm 4.5 air model (OpenRouter) should show the thinking modal.

Actual result

The thinking modal for glm 4.5 air model is not visible in the chat.

I'm exploring a potential fix for the GLM 4.5 Air model not appearing in the chat interface. I'll investigate the model configuration and open a PR to share progress.

I've opened PR #8314 to address this issue: #8314

The fix adds the GLM 4.5 Air models (z-ai/glm-4.5-air and z-ai/glm-4.5-air:free) to the OpenRouter reasoning budget models configuration, which enables the thinking/reasoning capabilities for these models in the chat interface.

The implementation has been reviewed with 95% confidence and all tests are passing. CI checks are currently running on the PR.

Hey @igenabhishek, I ran some tests and it seems like the model is not outputting any reasoning with Roo Code, there's nothing wrong in the code as far as I can see, this might be a prompting problem but is really hard to tell.

I'll close the issue for now but feel free to continue the discussion.
