"Update plugins" button isn't working

Overview

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the update checking.
2. Press "Update plugins" button
3. Nothing happens.

Expected Behavior

KeePass restarts with admin privileges, then plugins update.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens.

Context

The update of NotesFontSelector is found, but EarlyUpdateCheck can't update it from v1.0.1 to v1.1

OS: Windows 10 22H2 build 19045.6456
KeePass Version: 2.60 - Dev. 260118 (x64)
Plugin Version: 4.4

v4.4.1 should solve that.

Please install the new version, restart KeePass and then try to update NotesFontSelector.
If it does not work, please attach a debug file
