Force display of absolute path when file is outside of opened folder

To avoid this situation:

/home/daniel/.config/Code - Insiders/User/settings.json would be much easier to understand in this situation.

Perhaps it could be another option?

"ActiveFileInStatusBar.fullpath": "inopenfolder"
"ActiveFileInStatusBar.fullpath": "never"
