Mednafen:

+Added PCE Support
+Added PCE DLC
+Added PCE Mapping

Flycast:
+Added to BEAR
+Rollback Support
+Online savestate support
+Mapping uses the same as BEAR so all you need to do is resave your controls
+Tweaked Mapping code to use SDL Controller API instead of SDL Joystick API, This should make everything detectable on BEAR also be detected on Flycast the exact same way.
+Added filter option in video setting to disable/enable texture filtering so KOF games don't look like mush

BEAR:
+Many Bug Fixes
+Added MVC2 Ratio and CVS2 BOSS Naomi roms into the DLC list.
