This is a Laravel project so the installation will generally follow Laravel conventions.
The exception is that the core database will be the 3.3 release of OSPOS. The migration will add the files necessary for this project ... but the OSPOS tables will be a prerequisite.
More info will come as soon as I have something worth installing.
