Quick-reference table for manure module emissions methods

The RuFaS maintainers recently discussed in an internal team meeting where to host files and "gray literature" that is useful to users but does not fit well into the official scientific documentation. For example, user or troubleshooting guides, visual representations of model structure or information flow, and other resources. While a more long-term home for these types of files is under development, we elected to share these files on discussion boards for the time being to ensure they are accessible and to allow maintainers and users to provide feedback.

The first of these types of files I would like to share is a quick-reference table for the emission methodologies used in the manure module. This table is meant to be a resource to quickly identify which individual emissions each manure processor estimates, the basic method and reference for each emission, and the specific variables that influence each emission. This is a supplement to the detailed Manure Module section of the scientific documentation, where the methods are described in depth.
