[i18n] Chinese (Simplified) Language Support for Dashboard

Description

The Fusion dashboard currently only supports English. It would be great to have Chinese (Simplified) language support to make the tool more accessible to Chinese-speaking users.

Use Case

Many developers and teams in China and other Chinese-speaking regions would benefit from a localized dashboard interface. This would help with:

• Onboarding new team members who are more comfortable with Chinese
• Reducing language barriers when using Fusion in Chinese-speaking environments
• Improving overall user experience for the Chinese developer community

Proposed Solution

Add i18n (internationalization) support to the dashboard with at least:

• Chinese (Simplified) - zh-CN
• Chinese (Traditional) - zh-TW (optional)

Additional Context

• Fusion is a great tool and deserves wider adoption in the Chinese developer community
• Many similar tools (e.g., GitHub, VS Code, Cursor) already support Chinese localization
• The community could help with translations if the i18n framework is in place
