This is a patch release on the Node.js 25 maintenance line. The Node.js runtime remains 25.8.2, and the image composition, distroless guarantee, runtime defaults, and binary path are unchanged from v2.1.2+node25.8.2. This release restores Docker Hub floating-tag promotion to use normalized source and destination tags derived from workflow outputs, and it updates the README.md versioning example to match the current release state.

What's New

• Updated Promote to Docker Hub Floating Tag in .github/workflows/deployment.yml to set SRC_TAG="${{ steps.tag.outputs.tag }}" and DEST_TAG="${{ steps['promote-tag'].outputs.tag }}" instead of extracting Docker Hub references from steps.meta.outputs.tags and steps.meta-promote.outputs.tags.
• Updated Promote to Docker Hub Floating Tag in .github/workflows/deployment.yml to construct SRC="docker.io/${{ env.DOCKERHUB_IMAGE }}:${SRC_TAG}" and DEST="docker.io/${{ env.DOCKERHUB_IMAGE }}:${DEST_TAG}" from the normalized tag outputs.
• Updated the example version tag in the Versioning and Tags section of README.md from v2.1.2+node25.8.2 to v2.1.3+node25.8.2.
• Kept the runtime image contents unchanged from v2.1.2+node25.8.2; there are no Dockerfile, dependency, or runtime behavior changes in this release.
