Like runClient but it runs in intermediary so rusher's loader works

Based on https://github.com/FabricMC/fabric/blob/3a1ceae83c5978911c336462ac8489dcddcd7dcd/build.gradle#L506-L537

Notes:

Users need to provide their own rusher loader jar, although john could commit it here if he wants
No fabric api as rusher doesn't need it or already loads it
Running with intellij debugger makes rusher's loader fail
