You need to install hpelm, tensorlow and standard anaconda libraries.
This directory contains implementation of ELM, tensorflow keras layers with structured matrices, and ELMs with structured matrices.
This directory also contains the thesis about Extreme Learning Machines with structured matrices and the code that was used to generate the plots and train models for this thesis.
