Feature: Automatically update a ticket's channel name according to its latest activity.
The bot should add a colored indicator (🔵 / 🔴) in the channel name depending on who sent the last message:
🔵 Staff replied last
🔴 User replied last
Optionally, the name could also include a timer showing how long it has been since the last message (ex: 🔵・username・1h).
