This commit introduces an "extra content" section to the Capture command's screen. Specifically, it adds: - A setting to enable MMS without mobile data, linking to the relevant system settings page. - Information displaying the directory where captured pictures are saved. Additionally, the main scaffold and command list screens now properly consume navigation bar padding.
Moved preference keys and default values to a unified `Pref` data class. Updated `UiStateViewModel` and `SyncPreferences` to use the new `Pref` class, simplifying preference access and updates. Replaced isFirstLaunch with lastBuildNumber to prepare for future changes
