For a non powerful user, just basic dualsense -> xinput stuff, there are any constraints against ds4w?

I been modding ds4w to add some stuff I like and was planning to do the same with this one so I can switch definitely.

Oh BTW maybe an app name change should be considered.

For basic mapping to an Xbox controller, DS4W should be more than adequate. Mouse emulation and gyro performance are improved compared to DS4W but most people might not notice it much. This software would make more sense to use when you want to use Action Layers and Sets in a profile to map controls for more complex games mainly focused on either KB+M or mixed input support.

With current drama happening, this project is likely going to stop and probably every other hobby project. Been crashing out lately anyway but now IRL stuff is going down and I am most likely going to be homeless by the end of May. No point worrying about playing video games while living in a car (down by the river).

That sucks man. I know kind words won't fix anything, but I hope things get better. Perhaps all of us who use your software could contribute something to help you get through this. I'm neither a capitalist nor a communist, but I believe that sometimes we can help each other.

[Trihy]

That´s so wrong. Hope things can get better. You are a skilled dev to have no job. What an injustice.

I saw some people selling DS4W mods (i think just macro mods) for u$50. So unfair.
