[Bug] Window sizing not being remembered correctly in Canary Builds

• I am not using an unofficial build (Flatpak, Emudeck, etc.).
• I am a silly goose and didn't read these boxes.

Description of the issue

In the latest Canary Builds, specifically testing 1.3.296 I noticed that even with "remember window size and position" checked in the settings, the window increases in size vertically upon each launch of the emulator. I also noticed that when going into fullscreen by pressing F11 then exiting with F11 the window does not return to the size and position it was before entering fullscreen. It just gets maximized. These are not issues in Stable 1.3.3. The Fullscreen issue seems to begin with Canary 1.3.288. The window size increasing vertically with each launch seems to be present in the Canary builds since before 1.3.3. You can see this behavior in the video provided.

Reproduction steps

Set a desired window size, open and close the emulator repeatedly and observe it slowly increase in size vertically with every launch of the emulator. Also enter fullscreen mode when running a game and exit fullscreen to see that the window doesn't return to it's previous size but always gets maximized.

might be related to this ? i made the terrible mistake of merging a bunch of things at once, but this one's the only thing that touches window rendering

@sh0inx yep this problem probably stems from my PR, there wasn’t enough testing from me on that one, I apologise.
I have a PR fixing these issues already out (https://git.ryujinx.app/projects/Ryubing/pulls/87), if you could test it out and lmk if this resolves your issue @BParks21

should be as simple as opening ryujinx, replicating (in your case its literally just opening), and then exiting the program. the log should flush to the directory

Hmmm weird that's what I'm doing opening the emulator closing it then checking the log file it looks the same as the one posted here.

@babib3l3l Is ryujinx-Release-1.3.295+7e3f7ba-win_x64 the PR build you want me to test? I tested it and the issue with going in and out of fullscreen and the window being maximized is still there unfortunately. Also what about the window size increasing with each launch of the emulator? Any idea what the issue with that is?

That is an issue that predates my PR, but I should be able to change it so it maintains non maximised window size settings when existing fullscreen.

Yeah it still happens on this build. It occurs on a fresh install of the emulator. I tested so far back. To Canary builds before 1.3.3. Yet I can't produce it in 1.3.3 stable. Seems specific to Canary.

NP. I can only produce the first issue where the window increases vertically if the option remember window size and position is checked. If it is not checked the window does not increase in size vertically.

Actually I made a mistake. The furthest back I was able to test for that issue is on the canary release pages on page 10. Canary build 1.3.261. I see if I click on the tags option I can go back to 1.2.xxx builds to test. So I can bisect and find exactly what build that started. I will let you know when I find the culprit.

@babib3l3l Dam it seems any further back to 1.2.296 there aren't compiled builds for those versions.
