Small llama.cpp runtime routing release.

  • Warm/restart now avoids attaching to an untracked healthy server on the default port, forcing a fresh managed sidecar port.
  • Runtime discovery now prefers configured Ryvion runtime directories over PATH so bundled GPU builds win over older CPU binaries.
  • Adds regressions for untracked-server attach and configured-runtime precedence.
