  • Annotate wiki: note annotate_vcf blocks; directory-based submit/fetch - Flag that annotate_vcf() blocks until done (can take hours). - Rework "submit now, download later" to run over a directory of VCFs and to store no state: the server keys uploads on the file's SHA-256, so re-hashing the same files later (sha256sum) is enough to fetch them - no pending.json.
