Remove exclusion of java/util/Scanner/ScanTest.java for MacOSX

The issue in java/util/Scanner/ScanTest.java for the SapMachine CI environment on MacOSX has been fixed with JDK-8172695. We can remove the exclusion. For SapMachine12 we have to cherry-pick the fix.
