I'm walking back commits 4663717 and 2a10b75 to restore icarus_data v10_06_02. While newer versions exist (v10_06_06 is the latest), it's possible that these are the culprits of the failing CI tests. There are also no open PRs that ask for an update of icarus_data. I originally did this on my own to ensure the latest code was used. But now I'm second-guessing this decision.
