Python interfaces to LArSoft [2/5]

As a consequence of the introduction of SBNSoftware/sbnalg, sbncode will depend on sbnana instead of sbnobj and sbnanaobj.

It is possible that some of the existing code in sbncode be migrated to sbnalg in the future.

This pull request is bound and depends on SBNSoftware/sbnalg#1: they should be merged together.
