Blip True EDep from sim:IDE Object

Blips got their MC truth information from sim::EnergyDeposit objects which are dropped in standard sbnd processing. This patch changes the blip algorithm to dig through sim::Channels and extract the relevant IDE vectors

I also updated blip reco to provide edep information for gamma and neutrons

I see the EDep object is filled

And finally running over a e- gun sample from 0 MeV to 2 MeV we see EDep values equal to the e- kinetic energy

Merged in changes to the producer module to also save collection plane hit clusters. More details are in the (now closed) PR 862
