Time for Team Meetings

Meetings will be held weekly on Mondays at 11am in-person. Additional or virtual meetings as necessary. Meetings are scheduled in the Team Google Calendar so everyone can add the .ics to their preferred calendar tool. Changes to the planned meetings are agreed upon by the team.

Team Chat Service

K3MS communicates via Discord and a text group for emergency communication en route to meeting. GitHub Issues will be used to discuss official project related communication topics.

Team Communication Expectation

Our team equally expects each team member to respond to messages within 24 hours via Discord and/or GitHub Issues. Team members will be sure of upcoming deadlines and work to complete milestones in a timely manner.
