Add citation diversity coverage auditor

Summary

• Adds a self-contained citation diversity and coverage auditor for the AI-Assisted Research Tools MVP.
• Evaluates citation recommendations for claim coverage, open-access share, recency balance, venue/regional concentration, method/population fit, and risky citations.
• Emits reviewer-ready citation actions plus JSON, Markdown, SVG, and short MP4 demo artifacts.

Scope

This is focused on the citation-tool part of #13 and avoids overlapping with existing broad summarizer, citation provenance, citation retraction, citation style normalization, citation-context, figure/table, protocol deviation, novelty, and statistical consistency slices.
