Document that Essentials-Settings.xml can be generated by using any in-game setting command

I'm on a host who's made Extender/Essentials available, but we don't have RDP access to view the GUI. I'd like to set my configuration through the Essentials-Settings.xml file (or in-game chat), but I can't find a way to generate that file without actually saving first from the GUI. Is there a chat command for that? I don't see one mentioned in Readme.md.

Figured it out - using any of the /admin settings SettingName set Value in-game chat commands will save the settings file.

Re-opening this because it would still be nice for this to have a dedicated function or else just be documented better.
