Standardized Project Intake

To ensure all new work meets our PMI-aligned standards, we require all requests to go through our standardized GitHub Issue Forms.

Feature Requests: Use this form to propose new deliverables. You must define the Business Value, User Persona, and clear Acceptance Criteria.

Bug Reports: Use this form for technical defects. You must provide expected behavior, current behavior, and steps to reproduce.

Release Checklists: Use this form strictly for production deployment events to verify integration testing, documentation updates, and rollback strategies.
