Support for Redshift comments on View

In Engine Comment Support section, it is specified that Redshift comments are not supported for Redshift view. I'd like to request Table Level comments to be supported, as it is supported by Redshift for late binding views as well.
For e.g. I can do this in redshift

COMMENT ON VIEW me_schema_name.view_name IS 'view_name is created for xyz purposes';

Ideally the following block should register the above comment on the view.

MODEL (
    kind VIEW (materialized FALSE),
    description "view_name is created for xyz purposes"
);

SELECT
    *
FROM
    source_schema.source_table;
