SQLMesh VSCode Extension Not Functioning Properly

Hi,

I recently upgraded SQLMesh to the latest version (v0.190.0), and we decided to try out the SQLMesh VSCode extension in our development environment.
I followed the installation instructions, and everything seems to be set up correctly.

However, when I started exploring the extension - specifically the Lineage View.
The Lineage console became unresponsive, and an error message appeared with the following content:

We installed the new release version (v0.191.0) and it seems the issue still exists.

We're getting to the bottom of this but what we can tell is that it is a windows issue.

@benfdking : I would like to nuance a little bit my latest comment. Now, I can use the extension when vscode starts, but after a while (between 20 min and 2 hours), it seems it starts to get stuck somewhere. Model lineage stops rendering and each time I save, I am getting an error from the sqlmesh formatter (I have activated format on save).
