Feature request: CI/CD bot reaction to deploy comment #5549
Description
Can the GitHub Actions CI/CD bot be configured to react to a deploy comment with an emoji, e.g. 👍 or 👀 , to let the developer know that it is queued? Sometimes it may take some time for the action to start & developers may wonder if their comment had any effect.
