Feat: Add environment migration progress bar

This improvement introduces a separate progress bar in the CLI for environment migration., fixes #2738

New output message:

All snapshots have been migrated successfully.

Migrating environments ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 100.0% • 1/1 • 0:00:00
All environments have been migrated successfully.

The migration has been completed successfully.
