Pain

Breadcrumb navigation is inconsistent across the SSW website. Newer pages (e.g. Services → AI Development) display a modern, correct breadcrumb, while older consulting and video pages use a different breadcrumb style. This inconsistency negatively impacts UX and visual coherence. The breadcrumb should be standardised across both new and legacy pages without requiring a full content rewrite of all older pages.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Breadcrumbs on legacy pages visually match the breadcrumb style used on newer pages.
2. Breadcrumb structure and styling are consistent across all SSW website pages.
3. The solution does not require manual updates to each individual legacy consulting page.
4. No regression is introduced to existing breadcrumb behaviour on newer pages.
5. Breadcrumbs remain SEO-friendly and accessible.

Reproduce Steps

1. Navigate to www.ssw.com.au.
2. Go to Services → AI Development and observe the breadcrumb style.
3. Navigate to an older consulting or video page on the SSW website.
4. Compare the breadcrumb style and structure with the newer page.
5. Observe the inconsistency between breadcrumb implementations.
