Commenting on ModelPage

Prerequisites

Description

Allow the commenting on all view when only viewing the model
Instead of navigating inside a Project, we navigate into a Review. We will then load all Comments that has been created inside the selected Review. When creating a new Comment, a pop-up will ask the user to select a ReviewTask that should be linked to the Comment.
