Create Docker image for SearchService

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title
• I have verified that I am running the latest version of the UI-DSM
• I have searched open and closed issues to ensure it has not already been reported

Description

A special docker image can be created for the searchService. Modifying that will also remove the dependency to the GP docker image when running docker-compose file.
A modification of docker-compose files and README should also be done
