Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title
• I have verified that I am running the latest version of the UI-DSM
• I have searched open and closed issues to ensure it has not already been reported

Description

A logged in user should be able to do proper actions based on AccessRight included into his role.
New AccessRights could be added.
The server also has to check if the current requested action is allowed or not.
