It would fit well into that table that lists all ports and their purpose. The table we've never gotten around to making :P

For now, I'll put it into the What's New section in the 1.4/1.4.1 version of the docs. Off the top of my head, we don't really have a spot to talk about historical changes in the docs.

For now, I've placed it into the Important Changes subsection of the Deployment and Administration Notes chapter that we link to at the beginning of most other chapters.
